The completely furnished ground floor apartment is a perfect mix of old and new – a tasteful and eclectic mix of antique and modern furnishings, with original parquet wood floors, tin ceilings, and built-in cabinetry along with a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom. BEDROOM / SITTING ROOM: The spacious and comfortable front bedroom/sitting room has a Sealy queen-size bed, 32” flat screen TV and DVD player, and cozy conversation nook.

The rear kitchen/living room has a top of the line Crate and Barrel sleeper sofa and expandable farm table for dinners for 2 to 8 people. Ideal for those who love to cook, the extremely large eat in kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, full size refrigerator, and stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare a delicious family dinner.
PANTRY / OFFICE SPACE: Off the kitchen is a pantry nook and office – with Road Runner high speed internet and apartment wide WiFi – that overlooks the lush garden.

The exclusive paradise garden is a rare Brooklyn find – a 1,350 square foot oasis, beautifully landscaped with shaded patio seating, a propane grill, a hammock for napping or relaxing with a book in the shade, and a meditative pathway, bench and waterfall. During your stay you can enjoy the solitude of this pastoral setting or should you desire socializing the spacious backyard can comfortably accommodate a gathering of 25 to 30 people.

Brooklyn Bridge; continue onto Adams St 0.3 miles; left onto Atlantic Ave for 0.6 miles; right onto 4th Ave for 1.1 miles; left onto 7th Street for .07 miles; destination will be on the right.

From Northern/North Central
New Jersey

George Washington Bridge/Holland or Lincoln Tunnel to Manhattan; follow Manhattan directions.

From Long Island or JFK Airport
Merge onto Belt Pkwy for 11.4 miles; take exit 7B for Ocean Pkwy; continue on Ocean Pkwy for 4.2 miles; continue onto Prospect Expressway for 1.0 miles; take exit 3 for 8th Ave; turn right onto 8th Ave; continue on 8th Ave for 0.8 miles; turn right onto 7th St; destination will be on the right.
From Staten Island and Southern/
Central New Jersey

Verrazano-Narrows Bridge to Gowanus Expressway (Route 278 towards Manhattan); exit at 38th Street; left on 4th Ave for 2 miles; right on 7th St; destination will be on the right.

From Westchester, the Bronx, Queens, or Connecticut
Triborough Bridge to Brooklyn Queens Express (BQE)/Manhattan Bridge exit to Tillary Street; left onto Flatbush Ave for 0.9 miles to Grand Army Plaza; merge onto Prospect Park West; continue 0.7 miles; right onto 8th St for one block; right on 8th Ave for one block; right onto 7th St; destination will be on the right.

F (best) or G to 7th Avenue. The exit at at the front of the Brooklyn-bound train leaves you at 8th Avenue and 9th Street. Walk 2 blocks toward 7th Street, turn right on 7th Street and walk almost to the end of the block, 598 7th will be the last row house on the right. 2 or 3 (next best) to Grand Army Plaza. Walk 11 short blocks along Prospect Park West to 7th Street. B or Q to 7th Avenue stop (Flatbush Avenue). Walk 2 blocks to Grand Army Plaza and continue as above.
